Ordering Information

For Figurine and Merchandise:

1. Simply post a comment or email to aniplay.sg@gmail.com the item(s) of interest.

2. We will inform you the availability of stock and deposit you need to pay.

3. To secure your order, please pay your deposit by Bank Transfer or at Our Sunshine Shop

4. After you receive our confirmation e-mail all you need to do is wait until we notify you by email/sms that the products have arrived.

For Manga:

Simply email to aniplay.sg@gmail.com

Your name and mobile phone number together with title of the books.

You will be notified via email/sms when books are ready for collection.

For Pre-order:

Pre-orders placed with deposit before the closing date will have priority.

Pre-orders availability may be subject to change due to shortage, mis-ship, or damage.

Delivery usually fulfilled in 3-8 weeks after launch/order date depending on shipping cycle.

Reserved item(s) not collected within one week after sms may be put up for sales.

Deposit will be refunded, if we are unable to fulfil your order(s).

There will be no refund for cancellation of order(s).

Please note In-stock item price will normally higher than the pre-order price.
